No worries! Our very own Lee Rowe has got you covered with a killer boot camp style workout that is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air.

 

Here is the workout:

 

 

1 minute each of the following:

 

Jumping Jacks

High Knees

Alternating Toe Touches – Standing

Seal Jacks

Jump Rope

 

30 Seconds of each exercise in circuit then rest 1 minute/second time thru circuit do 45 seconds each:

 

Up & Down Prisoner Squats

Side Plank

Push Up Jacks

Side Plank

Spiderman Planks

 

30 Seconds of each exercise in circuit then rest 1 minute/second time thru circuit do 45 seconds each:

 

Squat & Press

Rainbow Planks

Walking Lunges

 

Cool down/stretch

 

Jump for joy.
