Remember, consistency is the name of the game. You can not expect to do our workouts once or twice and expect results. And for that reason, we continue to add different workout variations every week!
And now for the workout:
1 minute each of the following:
Run in Place
30 Seconds of each exercise in circuit then rest 1 minute/second time thru circuit do 45 seconds each
In & Out Squat Jumps
Leg Lift Planks
Prone Leg Arches
