(3-4 Round of each exercise)

 

Rope – 30 seconds or 1 minute

Russian Twist – 15 each side

Slam Ball - 15

TRX Pull Ups – 15

Push Ups – 15 (Bosu, regular, knees, decline)

Goblet Squat – 15

Shoulder Press – 15

Leg Extensions – 15

Abductors – 15

Decline Crunch – 15 (weight optional)

Adductors - 15

Back Extensions - 15

Bicycle Crunch – 15 each side
