Why your child should be getting 60 minutes of active movement daily.
Our children are the future of our society and it’s our job to ensure that as their bodies grow and develop we are giving them every possible opportunity to become stronger. In our schools children have a physical education class that helps promote new skills, and gives children a sense of self-responsibility. Engaging children outside of a school setting is just as important.
Allowing your children to run and play in mind and body engaging games helps them not only improve their physic
al fitness, but also aids in areas such a self-discipline, improved judgement, stress reduction, peer relationships, as well as strengthening their self-confidence and gives them experience with setting goals for themselves.
Modo now offers children classes to parents who attain a silver membership at our facility. Children classes will be run throughout the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 12th at 4:30pm to help aide in your child’s physical and mental growth during the summer months. Plus it’s a lot of fun!
